Please be aware that if you do not arrive by 15 minutes after your registered class start time your seat may be given to another student and you will need to reschedule for another day.
Professional Protection does not guarantee that there will be seats available on the day of the course for walk-in clients who do not pay in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your pre-paid class, for any reason, you must text 914-709-5184 or email support@professionalprotection.org no less than 72 hours before your class day and you will be rescheduled with no extra charges. Please be aware if less than 72 hours notice or you do not show for your pre-paid class you will be charged $20 and need to reschedule.
