Cancellation Policy

Effective August 2026. By registering for any services, I acknowledge and agree to the following refund and rescheduling terms: No refunds for non‑attendance — No refunds will be issued if a student fails to attend or does not complete a scheduled class. No refunds for disqualification — If a student is disqualified for violating any school rules or policies, the class fee will not be refunded. Rescheduling at school discretion — The school may, depending on the circumstances, allow a student to reschedule their class at no additional charge. Approval of rescheduling is not guaranteed and is determined solely by the school. Full‑day attendance — Every student must attend the entire training day; no partial attendance is permitted. No working on class days — Students are not allowed to work on the day of their class. Work obligations do not qualify for exemption. No early departures — Leaving before class completion results in a Did Not Complete status and requires making up the full training day. Camera on for virtual training — For virtual classes, the camera must remain on for the entire session. Stationary camera requirement — Students must remain in one fixed location; moving around with the device is not permitted. No errands or work during virtual class — Errands, work tasks, or outside activities are strictly prohibited during virtual training. Classroom‑equivalent conduct — Virtual training must be treated with the same focus and professionalism as an in‑person classroom setting. No Refunds: Once a client has registered for any training program and any part of the training has been taken, there will be absolutely no refunds for any reason. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity and quality of our training services. Dispute of Charges: If any client disputes the charges on any credit card, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or any other payment service, it will be considered an act of fraud and a crime. Our company will not only seek legal action but will also pursue legal charges against the individual responsible. Consequences of Fraudulent Disputes: Any dispute fraudulently made will result in the cancellation of any class certification with the city or state entity of record. The individual responsible will be listed as committing criminal fraud and will be held accountable for repaying the entire charge, plus an additional fee of $35.
