All licensing decisions are made solely by the appropriate governing authorities.
3. REGISTRATION & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering for any course or service.

Incorrect information may delay or invalidate certification

You are responsible for verifying all submitted information
4. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required prior to receiving access to classes (including Zoom links), unless otherwise approved

Deposits (if accepted) are non-refundable

All sales are considered final, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise

We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid or disputed transactions
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Square). We do not store full payment card information.
5. REFUND POLICY

6. CLASSROOM & ONLINE CONDUCT (STRICT COMPLIANCE)
For Online (Zoom) Classes:

You must log in on time (recommended 5–10 minutes early)

Camera must remain ON at all times (except breaks), as required by New York State regulations
-
You must be stationary and fully engaged (no driving, working, or multitasking)
-
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund
For In-Person Classes:

Valid identification is required
-
Professional behavior is mandatory
-
Disruptive conduct will result in removal without refund
7. ATTENDANCE & COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
To receive certification:

You must attend the full duration of the course

You must actively participate
-
You must complete all required components (tests, presentations, practical exercises)
Failure to meet these requirements will result in no certificate issued.
8. CERTIFICATION & PROCESSING

Certificates are typically issued within 48 business hours after successful completion

Submission to New York State agencies may take additional time beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Government agencies

Background check processing

Fingerprinting vendors

9. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING (BY COMPANY)
We reserve the right to:

Reschedule classes due to:

Weather conditions

Instructor availability

Insufficient enrollment

In such cases, students will be offered:

A rescheduled date or

A credit toward a future class
10. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in certain training programs (including but not limited to CCW and practical exercises) involves inherent risks.
